Furthermore I can take some scenic pictures and sell them as stock photos or better yet, I can take the pictures and set up my own stock photo site.

Another method of brainstorming Hot Niche ideas is by analyzing the categories of major websites such as eBay, Amazon, etc…. This may sound simple, but it can uncover some hidden gems that you would have never thought of on your own. If you go to ebay or Amazon.com and find a list of the major categories, such as Sporting Goods, Musical CDs, or books, then look at all of the sub-categories for each main category, you will find specific Hot Niches you can target as a market.. All of these categories can be developed into Hot Niche markets or you can even narrow the market further. For example, for football, you could create an ebook about how to develop skills, how to be a coach, mental preparation for football games and so forth.
